Check what each quote includes

Two quotes for the same event can be far apart because they cover different things. Ask each company who finds and books the venue and suppliers, who will be on site during the event, and whether set-up, staff and breakdown are in the price or charged on top.

Can you find a venue for our event?

Yes. Give us the date, the number of guests and a budget, and we'll look for venues that fit and handle the booking with you. If you already have a venue, we plan around it.

Do you do the work yourselves or use other suppliers?

Both. Our crew handles what it can, such as set-up and event staff. Things we don't do in-house, like catering or AV, are booked from suppliers we find and manage, and we stay your contact for all of it.

Do you organise year-end functions and team-building days?

Yes. Send the date, how many people are coming and the kind of day you have in mind, and we'll come back to you with questions and a quote.

What should we send for a corporate event quote?

The date, expected numbers, the venue or area, the type of event, a rough budget, and the name of the person who signs off the quote on your side.
