Event Set-up
Event set-up here means building the site: fencing, arches, branding, structures and the areas people use on the day, all ready before anyone arrives. Depending on the job, our own crew does the build or we bring in the hire suppliers it needs, all working to your site plan and build times. Everything comes down and is loaded out after the event.

Questions about event set-up
Is event set-up the same as event décor?
No. Set-up here means building the event site and taking it down again. Styling and décor are a separate job. If your event needs it, say so in your brief and we can source a supplier for it.
Who is event set-up for?
Anyone running an event who needs the operational side of the site built and cleared to a plan and a timetable, usually event owners, agencies and companies.
Can we book set-up without full event management?
Yes. Set-up and breakdown can be booked on their own, or combined with staffing and logistics.
What should I send for a set-up quote?
A site plan or sketch, access and build times, what's being built (arches, fencing, branding, structures), and who supplies the kit.
